Cheryl is fab! I did a 6 week fitness programme and I’ve learnt so much! She’s so helpful and is just a message away when you need. I feel so much better in myself, my jeans are looser and I feel so much healthier. I also feel much more confident using the gym equipment which was a biggie for me! I am limited to how much time I can spend in the gym due to childcare but Cheryl helped me work around that and have me some home workouts too.I would definitely recommend!!

I have trained with Cheryl over the course of many years at various different stages of my fitness journey. She has always provided incredibly structured plans which have always helped me reach my goals and every session has been an absolute joy! A lovely balance between knowing when to push you to your limits and when not to our sessions have never felt like a punishment. She is incredibly kind and considerate particularly concerning previous injuries and has helped me strengthen previously weakened muscle groups. If you want to be the best, work with the best - and that's Cheryl!

I have just completed a 6 week course after recently having my 2nd baby. I wanted to get back into the swing of things and didn't know where to start. Cheryl provided a variety of exercises during the fitness classes as well as a plan for weekly exercises for me to do at home to target the areas that I wanted to improve on most. She also gave great ideas of better food choices, especially snacks (which are my downfall). It's good to be able to involve baby in majority of the exercises, something you wouldn't get going to the gym.I have LOVED the classes, so much so I have decided to continue on another 6 week course.

I came to Cheryl as my previous gym closed and I needed so help to learn how to use the equipment/ develop confidence as prior to this I had only really done classes or challenges. Cheryl is so lovely, helpful and approachable. She has been more than happy to help in any way possible and even supported me to various classes just to help encourage me! Thank you ❤️

I am 47 and after an accident I broke my neck ,after 5 year I began to walk and exercise cheryl has done the impossible and got me to a point that iam am able to do spin ,weights,walking and iam now more active she has put lots of effort and time to help my disability, excellent teacher and motivator wouldn't chose any other personal trainer she specifies on you and your needs ❤️

Having worked with several coaches over 10 years and not got results, I tried working with Cheryl. In 6 months my BMI dropped 7.5%, my arm and leg muscles grew, stomach fat dropped off and I felt much much happier in myself.
