Tops Pizza
Tops Pizza in Luton has been a reliable go-to for us on our visits, and I've explored nearly all their flavors. I particularly loved the peri peri, chicken tikka, Mexican, and BBQ pizzas.However, this time around, I was quite disappointed with the flavor of the pizza. While the ordering process over the phone was smooth, the experience took a turn when we collected our order. We decided to try their new doner pizza, only to find that it had no doner in it.The peri peri chicken was passable, but both pizzas suffered from being slightly burnt on the bottom. It was an unfortunate departure from the quality we've come to expect.Hoping this was a one-off experience, and looking forward to better visits in the future.

We ordered thin crust as per usual (only difference was that my husband placed the order as my phone was dead) you sent deep pan and wanted to argue with me and say it would take another 45 mins to send the replacement rather than take responsibility and accountability for this mistake.

Online ordering was easy.Quite expensive but chose the delivery option which pushed the price up a little bit.Pizza was delivered very fast, and the delivery guy was very polite.Pizza arrived hot, which was great.Pizza was OK, tasted reasonable.Cheap brand of dips though which let it down a little, considering the price paid.Top marks for delivery and politeness, and overall reasonable pizza. I’d probably try somewhere different though next time.

Super pizza best in town and staff over the counter are so kind and polite. I come here once a week at least for collection and I never regret it.

The pizzas there are absolutely delicious. The crust is perfectly crispy and the toppings are always fresh. Plus, their delivery service is super efficient. It's definitely a top-notch pizza place. Love it.
