called into shop just before 3pm with my laptop which had a damaged screenGreeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman, explained I needed a new screen and that he had one in stock. I was expecting to get it back in a few days to a week. I was told I would have it back later that afternoon or the next morning. less than an hour later I was contacted to say the screen was fitted, also advised my Security was expired and would I like them to sort this too. I know very little about computers so I was happy for them to do this for me. Had laptop back by 4.15pm. All this at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone I have other laptops which need looking at so I will be using these guys again.. GREAT SERVICE!!! THANKS

Took daughters iPhone to have screen repaired this morning. Service was excellent. Polite and friendy. Phone all done and ready for collection within about half an hour and at a reasonable price. Thank you to all the staff.

I recently had my ageing Windows 10 computer upgraded at Platinum, new motherboard /CPU/ SSD hard drive / 32 RAM plus Widows 11 installed.A very professional and competent upgrade. I am very happy with the end result, job done at probably half the price of a new computer.This guy is a pleasure to deal with.Highly recommended.

100% service as usual, I've used platinum computers a lot in the past and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My grandaughters phone screen is repaired and all done within the hour thanks again for a great efficient service

Unfortunately my hard drive couldn't be resurrected, but a new drive was fitted and Windows 10 installed in a faster computer, all within 24hrs. Great service and very reasonably priced!!

Bought a gaming pc from here and it’s been great and my son loves it, had absolutely no problems and been back since to purchase an iPad too, the owner is honest and extremely helpful and knows exactly what his talking about. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This week Platinum have helped me greatly with 2 separate lap top problems. One, being a MacBook Air which, although being beyond redemption due to flooding had its entire 10 years contents and thousands of documents, several books and lots of history images and info saved!! Phew! The thought of losing 10 years work and research is just awful. The other, being my standby, an HP Pavilion looking and acting very sorry for itself. Now with a good service, a new screen and keyboard it is like new. Thank you Mick for your prompt, friendly most efficient service at a good price.
