What a pleasure to deal with this company from beginning to end. Very helpful office staff, professional estimator, and three sets of tradesmen each one polite, meticulously tidy leaving room and drive without trace of their having worked in them.We had rising damp treated and they explained the problem and the various stages of the treatment so that we fully understood what was undertaken. We have yet to see the longterm benefit of the treatment but have no doubt it will have solved the problem.Amongst the teams Brad stood out as a first class plasterer leaving a mirror finish to the walls.Fully recommend the service to date.

I came across these on check a trade when we noticed some wet patches on the wall after having 3 quotes booked in from 3 different companies as I always do. These came out to confirm rising damp! But yet the other two companies confirmed it was condensation issue within the home and not rising damp. The policy that you and your partner have to be present is an absolute joke and pure sales tactics for something that we didn’t even need! The call agent asked me which companies we had gotten out to inspect the damp at which point she began to slate each company I mentioned which put me off this company straight away. It wasn’t until after I dealt with this company that I did some digging on google and found out what they had done to some elderly residents and I almost fell victim myself.If you are looking for a solution to your damp and you are reading this, check Which or norogue traders here. I’m sure you won’t find this company on either.

Friendly advisors, free no pressure quote. I had work done for rising damp at a very reasonable price Fitters who carried out the work and inserted damp rods into my wall were very professional and friendly, clearing up after themselves. No mess was left and they disposed of all the old plaster. I would highly recommend this company.

Had spray foam loft insulation. From start to finish weatherdry were professional and reliable. They quoted and delivered within the specified time to the promised standard. A very good company to deal with. I would happily recommend.

Job was cancelled on advice of there technical surveyor who came to review the salesman's quote as the offered service would not resolve the problems - this was at Easter. My view is this is a good service to double check quotes given are correct. Was promised a cheque refund was ready to post on 12th April however nearly 5 weeks later still no refund had been received. Rang today and had a very apologetic call back from the owner who refunded the deposit within 20 minutes. Whilst not great to start with everything was sorted very quickly once he was aware and no pressure was applied to take the job quite the opposite when it had been reviewed.

Knowledgeable staff - however, I have to agree with some of the other reviews here. They tried to pressure me into a sale with a lower price which is only available on the day. I felt overwhelmed and almost went for it. I called back a few days later and they were willing to offer me the same discount which proved that it was a sales tactic.

Great, honest, no pressure quote. The guys that came to do the job were amazing! They moved both our log and coal stores away from the wall with no complaints (they were too heavy for me to move alone) and did a great job of both the jet wash and the render. Would definitely use again, but with the guarantee, I probably won't have to!

We had some damp proofing done in our home which needed the plaster removing up to 1.5m. Trinity and the team were brilliant and did a great job including leaving it much cleaner than expected with all the plaster removal.They kept me updated throughout and were a lovely team to have do the work. Would definitely recommend.
