Staff nice but was looking a ring soldered but was almost the same price as the ring when i purchaced it, shopped about and to my amazement saved £30

My partner left in an old ring and got it redesigned to a new ring from the stones from the old ring. It was designed perfectly to my requirements. Staff very helpful and courteous. I would definitely come back again.

Terrible experience very overpriced repairs had go few doors down and saved 65 £ couldnt belive the price difference for same repair, it pays to shop about

I was disappointed with the ring re-sizing service provided by Adairs. I took their guidance with a re-size and it was too large and then too small. In all I paid twice(£80) to get a ring re-sized. The ring didnt cost much more than that. The exchange was very unpleasant and I had to argue with staff for my right to get it re sized at less than full price again. In short, go elsewhere to get a ring re sized and definitely dont take their guidance on a size.

I have been dealing with Sonya at Robin Adair's for many years now and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to offer advice. Couldn't recommend them highly enough
