I have a lot of cats. They was very helpful. My cats came home very happy and relaxed and they looked very relaxed in their pens. Would recommend and use again. Hope next time my dogs as well.

The most amazing staff, all so passionate and caring with the dogs and excited to see them every time. We've used Harlow Carr Kennel for day-boarding and overnight stays for our dog, and she's always so excited to visit. Their outdoor area means she gets plenty of playtime and socialisation, and a little wash if she gets to mucky! We know she's so well looked after which means we can relax when we go away knowing that she's in good hands and having fun.

Sadly we were very disappointed in Harlow Kennels.we left our kittens there for four days, and when we went to pick them up their litter tray was sky high as though it had not been cleaned out for days. they had a blanket and soft mouse toys with them, which all needed to go in the wash as they were very smelly and dirty. the cats themselves stank and were very frightened which is not like them at all as they are so laid back normally. it took a long time for them to calm down and relax once we were home.It did sadly look as though the cats had not been attended too properly.Sorry to be so negative, but obviously it is very important to us as Cat owners that our pets have the best care possible f they have to be left in a Kennels.

We use Harlow kennels regularly for day boarding and for longer holidays. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly! Our rescue dog is very nervous and they have helped her settle in really well. Would thoroughly recommend.

Can't describe how happy my puppy seems to be here, would absolutely recommend. The team clearly love the dogs and are incredibly helpful. They are flexible where possible which is a major plus if you have an emergency. Will definitely be coming here again

My two dogs stayed at Harlow Kennels and Cattery in August 2020 for a week. I visited beforehand and the staff seemed friendly and facilities decent. Within 24 hours of being home, however, one of my dogs ended up in hospital with a severe stomach upset. I informed the staff and they stated they had a duty of care to our dog as this had happened within 48 hours of her leaving. I was told the kennels would support me with the cost of hospitalisation, for which I was grateful in these times and duly sent through the invoice. However, despite contacting them twice since, there has been no help in this regard. I can accept this was a gesture of good will on the part of the kennels, but how can I trust somewhere again if their care has been called into question and they are not as good as their word?
