This shop truly has something in it for everyone. The layout is open and inviting, kept clean and organised by the staff. There's hidden gems throughout the entire shop. The only thing that stops it from getting the full five stars is the price of some of the goods being a little over inflated. This shop could easily take your entire payslip if you weren't careful

Book not in stock. Ordered click and collect. Very long delay. Three visits to obtain book. Finally eight days later, book in store for collection.Abysmal service. Had I ordered from Amazon, I would have had book within a day.This is why retailers like HMV are failing. Poor service. Amazon is not a success on price, it is on service.

Very good place to get gifts, especially for the kids, including: A very large range of DVDs, ranging from Disney to Studio Ghibli to underappreciated indie films, geeky colouring books, merchandise, funko pops, posters etc. There is also a plentiful selection for adults.

Always have the best stuff for a anime, movie's and music fan's. A little overpriced on certain item's. Very clean and staff are friendly. But over all love this store
