This is not my local post office I just knew there was 1 here, so used it and I’m so glad I did .. these ladies are professional and helpful they must be trained by the post office gods themselves . My main concern was about my untaxed car which was taken away and what to do next , the help and knowledge was like if asked Siri for the answers just flowed . then I started asking multiple questions about other things I think the main young lady that helped me was hena/hana but as it wasn’t busy at the time every1 helped me … if there was awards to be handed out for customer service I’d find a way to give them a real asset to this branch

Great service. This is my local post office and I use it frequently with a huge number of letters and parcels for my business. Service is fast and efficient. Staff always meet you with a smile. Never had any issues. Would definitely reccomend.

I went last week to collect my BRP and she told me we haven't received it try again next week. I called them this week and the lady was so rude on the phone. She would not let me speak and kept talking over me. What a terrible introduction to the UK having to deal with such incompetent and patronizing people. She kept insisting not to come this week , we don't have it without even checking. Extremely disappointing.

Excellent customer service from Raz. I went to collect my DPD parcel at this Post Office last week. Unfortunately, DPD put the incorrect labels and my parcel was lost. Raz took my details and contacted me to inform me that my parcel was found the next day. The ladies at this Post Office were very kind and explained to me the situation; they took immediate action with DPD to solve the issue. Thank you Raz for being a caring person, professional and helping me with my case.

I went to Edgbaston Post Office to buy some Euros. Handed over my driving license as ID which unknown to me had expired 2 weeks ago. I was going away the following day so didn't have time to go back with my passport so the ladies tried everything they could to sort it out for me and by one way and another I came away with the euros I wanted and I can't thank them enough. They were so lovely, patient and helpful and I was so very grateful for their excellent service. Thank you Edgbaston Post Office!!

I was visited this branch for the first time. I wanted to issue a national driving licence. The services were great. Helpful, friendly, and kind. I also wanted to exchange some money to use abroad and a lovely lady, Raz, was very helpful and gave great advice.

Being high functioning Autistic I have trouble with understanding things and crowds can send me into an anxiety spiral where I totally shutdown. The staff at the post office are amazing with me, they are kind and explain things that I get confused with. They take extra care of myself and other handicapped friends that I know and I’d like them noticed for being so wonderful.

Absolutely shocking attitude and literally zero customer service skills by the people behind the counter. Appears like they hate their jobs and have no interest in helping mail customers at all. Will definitely avoid winding up here again if I can help it.
