Massive amount of bus cancellations, they don't even post everything that's cancelled and short notice cancellations during peak travel times for rural communities is shocking, leaving people stranded in the dark at the end of a hard days work. Changes to timetables show poor support for rural communities and complete lack of support for people living and working in those communities.

Due to a traffic accident on the A9 today my bus 15A from stirling to perth 15:30 was delayed quite a bit. Throughout the traffic and waiting our bus driver Nigel was amazing! He made sure we were aware constantly of what was going on and trying his best to get us to where we needed to go. I myself was going to a village just outside of crieff (on way to perth) so had missed my link bus. Nigel then proceeded to tell me to stay on the bus and that on his way back to the depo in perth he would take me home. Fantastic bus driver! Thank you again

Worked there most of the folk are decent especially the shunters and cleaners even some drivers all pretty decent but the management especially traffic are utter hopeless and don't have a clue couldn't run a bath between them bunch of hypocritical power trip men with a high viz constantly complaining about everything and anything

Dangerous drivers and buses drivers always speeding making people scared for there life . Filthy buses look like they hav never been cleaned and we're supposed to be keeping clean/washing our hands fro. Covid you need to fumigate yourself after being on the buses. People miss appointments becos of buses not turning up

Got 16 bus to Perth at 9.45am this morning,,bus was all over road couple times,,bus packed with scared passengers,, shouting for driver to slow down,,as obviously bus was not fit to be on road,yet driver was advised to keep going,, disgraceful.call that passenger safety.Oh and every other bus appears to be , cancelled,,,shambles of a service.

Same buses continuously cancelled, bus app not reliable, have to bounce between checking twitter and the app to find out if the bus will run and though both sites claiming the bus will run, no bus comes.

Worse bus company ever. Buses go out with same defects over and over. Three time been on same bus with only minimum lighting inside. One bus caught fire with passengers on because not checked properly (not orkney) another bus was sent on ferry to orkney and put people's lives at risk as it was totally unsafe to be on the ferry and could have caught fire at any time. Would rather walk than rely on stagecoach

unbelievable bad service. buses seem to be cancelled at the drop of a hat sometimes with no notice to the customers. Constantly being left stranded in Dundee by the last bus on a Saturday night leaving young and old customers vulnerable. WARNING always have enough cash to get home. 4 out of 5 into Dundee from Longforgan at 17.07 on Saturdays are repeatdly cancelled.

Regularly cancels scheduled services without forewarning, often leaving you stranded. If this service is a crucial part of your work commute be prepared to give up an extra hour of your day so you can catch an earlier bus (not including travel time) to stand a chance of being at work on time and to be regularly misinformed by the digital bus stop information.

Truly one of the worst companies in Scotland. Second only to ScotRail, maybe.It makes me embarrassed to think of people visiting this country and trying to use our public transport.
