Fantastic place. Ordered online, my items were ready within an hour. When I collected it was very clearly sign posted, two metre distance markers, staff member waiting out front to take name and number. Very easy to order, collect and ask any questions at this branch.

Bought an item on PayPal. Ends up not in stock. No method of refunding lost the money. Thank goodness it was only a couple of quid. Would give a zero star rating if I could.Using Toolstation 150m down the road even though they are marginally more expensive. But at least I can walk in and buy and not have to do it online.

Very long queues out of the door, approximately a fifteen minute wait to pick up a click and collect" order. I feel that the experience would be significantly enhanced if they were to prioritize "click and collect" orders

Very good tool store. One of my favourite tool companies. Good prices. Great value. Helpful counter staff helped me pick out some fire proof safes in past shopping there, for safekeeping of important documents.
