KCC installed a new boiler, radiator, shower, taps and upgraded pipework for me. I would highly recommend KCC, they have been great from start to finish - very professional with excellent communication.Colin has been my main contact, he's been very friendly and helpful throughout, offering advice when needed and pricing options up quickly when the work was being carried out. Kai did the great majority of the work and he was brilliant, leaving everything tidy at the end of each day. So tidy in fact, I could barely tell the floorboards had been taken up!I have been very impressed with KCC, I'm really pleased with all the plumbing work they have completed. I would definitely use them again. Thank you to the KCC team.

Absolutely brilliant. Need to connect new gas cooker, asap, because new cooker was waiting on the middle of my room. Called and messaged few people but KCC acted very fast .Office lady very polite and booked me in next day morning . Nick arrived, at booked time,tools out, sleeves up and that’s it. Cooker was connected within 1 hour. Nick helped me to remove the old one , check everything for leaks, double check the new one and job done.Fantastic job.

I’ve had a contract with KCC for several years, which gives me peace of mind if my boiler should fail. The boiler fan actually broke last week ( it’s 12 years old) They attended the next day ( I’d only sent a message the night before) , diagnosed the problem and ordered a new fan. The next day they arrived to fit it. Their communication is great.. they tell you when they’ll arrive, are polite, leave no mess, and are highly reliable. Thanks KCC

I have used the services of KCC for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. During a recent annual service inspection of our boiler and gas supply, KCC discovered some issues that needed resolving quickly. KCC were able to fit a new gas boiler and fix a detected leak in our gas supply within a short period of time. On this occasion I had dealings with most of the KCC team - Jake, Colin, Harry, Nik, Kai & Crystal - and each member of the team, whether administering assistance at the office or carrying out work at my home, were friendly, helpful, informative, reliable and efficient. Highly recommended.

We have recently had a new boiler fitted by KCC. They have previously carried out other plumbing work such as a new radiator installed. Nik has completed all works to our satisfaction and gives good honest advise. He works very hard and has lovely pleasant manor. We will continue to use KCC in the future when needed.

I've used KCC plumbing twice recently and can't recommend them enough!We've had a problem with water hammer in our building for 2 years, 5 different plumbers have assessed the problem in this time - some charged for work, some wouldn't even take the job, none managed to fix the issue. John from KCC came, identified the problem, within 2 hrs he'd fixed it - polite, professional and smart - can't thank him emough!The week before Nick came out same day (within a few hrs) to deal with an escape of water in our building - he was brilliant! Compared to most of the other plumbing companies I've had out over the years he was amazing - really knew his stuff and explained everything. Also super calming since it's quite a shock having water pour thorough your ceiling - I can't thank Nick enough and highly recommend KCC.

Between us, my wife and I have used KC Contracts since the early 90s at 3 different Brighton properties. They are a proper family run company and are always quick to respond to issues and gave us great advice on choosing a new boiler. The back office are very efficient and the engineers are tidy, skilled and a pleasure to have in the house.

I tried to use them to complete plumbing repairs, fit a new floor to a kitchen, tiling and a kitchen refit and bathroom plumbing repairs. They only complete plumbing and heating work and nothing else. This is fine, except they could offer more services and they could be flexible.When I used them, they did not complete the job as promised and the Plumber left leaving the initial problem in a worse state than before.We went elsewhere. I informed their plumber clearly of this. He then decided to arrive at our home unannounced demanding to complete the work. He was harassing us.It is sad such Plumbers think they can abuse their customers. Jake who manages the plumber becomes aggressive if you complain. Certainly, I will never go back. They caused untold damage. I hope one day they improve their attitude!Good thing: they turn up, but the abuse is unacceptable.Thank you.
