Tom was great in Bow Sports. Great Service and very helpful. The first time we went in just to chat he was very happy to put our needs first and happily talk about concerns about buying a new bow. BecUse of that first experience I was more than happy to go back and get my equipment from him. He was patient with me and took the time required to build, tune and get my bow set up for me. Highly recommended

Ordered half doz ACCs from here. Despite website saying they were in stock, I got a call explaining they only had 2. No worries, I took them anyway. But one came with slight saw mark. Emailed them. No response. Returned arrow recorded delivery. Emailed again, still no response. So I wonder if this will get a response?

Thank you, super helpful Nick the owner. He made me feel valued and welcomed.I shot for an hour on the range, it was very clean a pleasure to use.I am sure it will be a super busy range now the indoor season has started and it is 18m.

Nick, their sales associate, exhibited outstanding service by dedicating more than an hour to fitting us with the right equipment. His patience, expertise, and genuine interest in our needs made us feel comfortable and excited about our archery journey. Nick's clear explanations and helpful tips boosted our confidence. Unlike other places, there was no rush or pressure to make a decision. Bow Sports' commitment to customer satisfaction make them the go-to shop for archery needs. i am sure we will visit them again. Visited on Tuesday before lunch when i knew it would be quiet. Served by helpful chap called Gareth. Listened to what i wanted the offered me advice. Set my chosen bow up, tuned it down to what i wanted/needed and then got to shoot it. Its the 3rd bow i have bought from them. But i know it can get busy on saturdays Great service
