Terrible service and daylight robbery.We were there today and the machine malfunctioned. I was charged by my card and the machine didn't process it onto my parking ticket and balance remained unpaid.Eventually they sent someone out to the machine and they couldn't be bothered sorting the problem - so they snatched my payment card out of my hand and tapped it on the contact less payment.This is pure theft and I'm taking this up with the company and my bank!!

Use the car park a lot for either visiting the shopping or lowry theatre. If you use to to visit the cinema, the cinema will authorise your ticket giving 4 hours (I think) free parking. You used to be able to get free parking if you spent so much in the shops or restaurants but unfortunately they don't do that any more.There is plenty of parking spaces, EV charging, accessible spaces and parent and child. It can be very busy, especially after theatre performances and football matches (old Trafford isn't far away and supporters park here).You must pay for parking at the machine before getting back in your car. I've seen too many people drive down to the exit and have to get out of their car to use the ticket machine which causes delays. They do have an option where you can pre pay for your parking. If I'm going to the theatre and know a lot of people are going to be queueing to pay at the same time, I use this option and pay for parking upon arrival.

Good, spacious car withh easy access to Pier Eight Restaurant and Lowry Theatre which is where we were heading. Don't know normal prices as I pre booked with my Lowry Theatre ticket at £6.50

Typical multi Expected to queue to leave fairly cheap the downside is the paystations which are few and far between and hardly any signage that said signage driving at night and lightning in the whole area is pretty abysmal tbh

Very poor experience. Massive queues for pay stations as everyone had to pay on exit.Terrible signage. Very unclear where disabled parking is or where the theatre is. Got lost trying to find out how to go up to next floor, ended up going wrong way then having to turn around so didn't go through exit.

My friends had a horrible and terrible experience yesterday. Regular good parking, but the second something goes wrong with machines or anything it’s terrible. Parking control are disrespectful, talk over you, don’t listen and then took their card and paid for their parking after they’d already paid and showed proof.

Great location and prices; however a major drawback is that you are unable to pay at the barriers and so have to pay at a machine. After an event at the Lowry, you are forced to queue for one of the very few payment machines for 30+ minutes.

Terrible service. I got confirmation of payment from my banking app but the machine said declined.The parking guys came, and I showed him the machine is broken and it didn’t work. He said it wasn’t possible and took my card, went to another machine and put my ticket in, tapped my card when I told him no and that I paid and wasn’t going to again but he tapped it.Terrible service and overstepped his boundaries! Not acceptable!!!!

Awful. So badly designed. Had to park on level 6, so when we were leaving it took us over an hour to get out because of all the queues. Most people were leaving because a show had just finished. You’d think the car park would be designed to cope with this, but it had just one exit barrier working. There is only one machine to pay, which is on the ground floor so obviously has huge queues.
