I'm appalled by the service I received here. Fair enough it was nearly closing time, i understand its a long day. However, he really couldn't be bothered when I was shocked at one of their prices. I do have a budget and it's not huge but I was looking for something affordable. This isn't the place if you need helpful advice. I visited another and they were amazing. One particular member of staff needs training in customer care. I can't speak for the others and they at least smiled. I'm no professional when it comes to carpets...i didn't deserve that service tho!

Emma was really informative,friendly and helpful,no pushy sales (a mega turn off for us).Good range of floor coverings to suit all budgets.Carpets not fitted yet but we have every confidence in the team as they are all very knowlegable and friendly.Would highly recommend .

Bought a couple of mattresses and had several rooms and the stairs/landing carpeted by these,no complaints.The work done has been excellent every time,Staff always been helpful and fitters have always been respectful of our property.Will use again whenever the missus decides I need to decorate again.

Helpful and friendly Staff. David was great in helping my husband and I with choices of vinyl for our kitchen. Offering ideas and showing us samples. Fantastic service all around. Highly recommend.
