The vast majority of the staff are simply brilliant and always take the time to listen and explore the possibilities to come to a diagnosis and treatment. They treat my girl like part of the family and that means more than anything.

They make what can often be a stressful experience as relaxing as they can. I would recommend them if you are neurodivergent or anxious. They price services fairly, and I have never felt pressured into any treatment, therapy, etc.

Really can't fault MBG for their outstanding care of Lasco.They gave me all the options prior to the surgery.On the day, they were all fabulous, Steve did a great job, they called to let me know how things went as promised and the after care has been fantastic.We can't thank you enough for all you have done for Lasco.

Absolutely brilliant. They saw to our dog straight away when he ate a packet of tablets, despite us not being registered, and dealt with him (and me!) with such compassion and kindness. We're so grateful to them and would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff are lovely and my dog is so excited to get to the surgery she drags me in! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to use this surgery. Nothing is never more than enough, they love all the animals. Good choice for your precious animal.
