Peter is great. He has serviced my bikes a couple of times now, and made repairs and provided the new parts. If you're in the Norwich area, he will collect your bike and gets the work done quickly, within a day or two. And his prices are really fair. He knows what he's doing and he's a really nice, honest chap. Can't recommend him enough.

Still waiting for cycle medic to attend and fix my bike. He was quick to respond to my initial problem and then I said I would be at home the following 5 days. He emailed a suggested problem within 48hrs and I haven’t heard anything since. Hopefully if I don’t have to drag my bike 3 miles to Mandarin bike shop as a back up to get it fixed I will be able to amend this review and leave 5 stars.

I visited Peter recently with my cycle and my 'fix my bike' voucher; my rear wheel was knackered - well basically missing!In a matter of 2 days Peter had ordered and replaced my rear wheel and set everything up for me to ride away on.Not only was the service expedient and friendly but very competitive on price too.I have no hesitation in recommending Cycle Medic, Norwich and will definitely be using his services again.UPDATE - returned last week to Peter with the same bike for a complete service a year on.Bike all serviced with new cassette, chain, brake pads plus tweaking / readjustments and ready for collection later that same day.Upon request bike was even given a good clean - almost as good as new!Final bill was very competitive and certainly a lot less than had I gone to a high street cycle shop.Brilliant superb service all round.
