Shocking service, paid £5000 for Coldplay Cardiff hospitality and was told a load of lies. The hospitality was zero stars and then got an apology and told that I wasn’t being fair. The hotel was a joke and quality of food and drink at the venue disgusting. Amanda Hope Richardson dealt with this in a proper sales environment way, take your money and not listen after. DONT USE THIS LOT

Terrible organization who scammed us by making us pay double face value tickets and hotel saying ticketed and hotel location would arrive a few days before international travel. Tickets were not where they said were to be and hotel just awful. Don’t use this organization- they are scammers

Recently attended Ascot Races hosted by Imperial. The organisation prior to the event, attention to detail and attentiveness during the event was second to none. No request was too much trouble and they truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. The team are personable and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend and I’m pleased to have found such a reliable events company.

Excellent, easy and convenient access to the best events.I repeatedly book with Imperial because they provide access to almost every event you can think of, all it takes is a phone call, and they often provide an excellent and convenient hospitality wrap around it. They aren’t always the cheapest on paper but when you add in the great relationship I have with Greg (he has never failed to get me tickets for an event and all it takes is a quick call/email/text) and the hospitality that they provide (Ascot in particular was outstanding) the convenience alone makes it value for money - plus they do offer some genuinely excellent discounted access to some great events (I got a fantastic deal to both Henley Regatta and Mumford and Sons).

Greg and his team offered an incredible service to ensure myself and my partner were able to attend Super Bowl 56. I highly recommend Imperial.

I have worked for Imperial for just 4 months and been on the most incredible 5 star trips to Singapore and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, La Manga golf tournament, Ascot and the Opera! I cannot recommend working for a better company! The office is an amazing and friendly environment, and our events team offer an outstanding range of quality packages! Anybody who goes on an top-class event with Imperial is in for an absolute treat!

Not people to do business with! Should be avoided at all costs. Unsolicited harassment - two back to back calls today and just insulted when I asked them to remove my number from their system and not call again. The working practises and approach to doing business I have experienced has created unnecessary stress and anxiety.

If there was a 6 Star option, I would have chosen it!The first thing to say about Imperial, is they listen. I am endlessly impressed that my conversations with them are all relevant and always focus on events, shows or spectacles that I am keen to hear about.Calls are always quick and informative, with fantastic 'elevator pitches' that are succinct and well presented.Finally, customer service is superb. I can't thank the team enough for the way they handled a small issue (not even a problem that was of their making) recently and I was blown away with the client care and desire to make sure I had the best possible outcome.To Daniella & the whole Imperial team - thank you so much and I look forward to many future events and memory making opportunities.Keep up the great work!

The golf trip to La Manga was an awesome trip for my husband and son! The organisation was superb and the individuals supporting from Imperial Corporate Events were on hand throughout to check how everyone was and ensure that people were having a great time. We will definitely book again!
