Terry and his team were fab today after some kind person smashed my passenger window and stole my sat nav console in the early hours of the morning.He made a safe temporary repair that got me 300 miles home in 'relative' warmth - but a bit of noisy run back home to Wiltshire!!!Thank you so much my knight in shining armour!!! If I could give this garage no stars I would.If your knowledge about cars is limited I would not use this garage.In my experience this garage did not do the work on my car that they said they had done and that they had charged me for on my invoice. It all came out in the wash when my car broke down and the events that followed lead to me to seek the advice of other mechanics and professionals in the industry.The story the garage offered to me to explain the problem did not fit with the history.Spark plugs stuck in an engine which has been serviced year upon year by the same garage. The garage would not accept anyculpability for the problem. When the spark plugs were eventually removed the mechanic stated that they had not been changed and they were old. Yet my invoices clearly show a charge year upon year for new spark plugs.

Very helpful and professional. Solved a simple problem while I waited. I have had my car MOT'd there for several years and have always been very happy with the service I received.

Used this garage many times, always great service at a very reasonable price. Terry and his team are genuine and car people! It is interesting just to see the collection of old interesting classics that are always being tended to, there is always something interesting kicking around the place!
