Horrible experience. Would not recommend. No hygiene, unfriendly customer service, terrible coffee and basic cakes not worth the money.

Nice local bakery, lovely fresh bread and fillings. Limited options for vegetarians and vegans but lots of nice options if you eat meat.The cakes at Simmons are really amazing, definitely worth popping in for a Belgian bun.

Nice food although a tad expensive, one of the staff was wearing far to much perfume, and she seemed in her own little world. In a food establishment like this lots of perfume is NOT nice!

Jacket potato only luke warm not much salad . Plate banged down on the table which made some of the grated cheese bounce onto the table. No scones no teacakes no jam doughnuts and cold air blasting out of a fan in the ceiling. Told me they couldn't turn it down. Ridiculous

I used to love getting the Chicken and Mayo baps from this place. They were lovely. But now I can't even attempt to order them.I have to use a delivery service since I'm disabled and can't get to the physical location myself.Since the 19/10/23 it's been impossible to place an order with them. And when I try to phone the store nobody picks up and it just rings.

For anyone that is Muslim do not go here they are not halal! I was a regular customer here until today, I told the lady to make me a soft roll with tuna and sweetcorn, when I got home and took the sandwich out of the bag there was a big chunk of ham on the bottom of the bread, they do not clean the work top they cross contaminate the meat, there for they are not halal I was disgusted and felt sick I had to literally ring them and have a go at them for there hygiene and the manager claimed that they are supposed to clean the worktop after each sandwich but if you go there you will never see them doing this, she apologised but it didn't change the fact I had a big chunk of ham on the bottom of my bread, also while I'm here they are way over priced I paid £8.50 for a small tuna roll a water bottle and four hash browns, i highly do not recommend them ,very disappointed.
