2 Have & 2 Hold

Had my wedding a little over 2 weeks ago and my dress was beautiful and couldn’t fault it. However my two bridesmaid dresses were terrible, my sisters ripped all down the back moments before the wedding and my little girls straps had been altered by the seamstresses and was very flimsy handstiched. One strap completely fell off.One dress ok but for both to be broken it’s completely unacceptable!!

I purchased my bridesmaid dresses from here and they were absolutely beautiful! The staff are helpful and friendly and the dresses came quickly and were altered in the shop by the seamstress. Would recommend!

Had an appointment booked was early granted, greeting was none existent, lady not helpful at all basically showed us upstairs asked what style I was after i told her i also said wed been to another shop as she asked if this was 1st time. Prior to this I had called the shop over a week ago as saw a dress online and asked if was available, she asked the date of wedding fine told her then basically a dress was took off the rack swished in front of me and it was basically there you go! Was told the dress I saw online wasn't the right dress but can do all different colours. We asked about bridsmaid dresses and was told another party in fine but didn't feel welcome at all. Was expecting a more jolly happy helpful time. Very disappointed.

I'm really disappointed. We booked an appointment to attend for my daughters prom dress. It was our first experience and we were so looking forward to this.When we arrived, we were showing to the bridesmaid dresses and said there were what we had and left to it.We picked a few dresses and were told where the dressing room was. There was no support or input from the lady who was there. My daughter said she felt uncomfortable and quite unwanted. So we decided to leave.It's such a shame, as a few years prior, we had my eldest daughter prom dress from there, and we had such a different experience.We have thankfully found another shop in the same area, and we had a much better experience and felt very wanted and comfortable.My advice would be if you're not happy in your job then don't do it because your negative energy could be felt.

I cannot recommend this boutique highly enough- Sandra, the sales team and Sav the seamstress were absolutely brilliant and made the whole process completely stress free. The went above and beyond to help me select the right dress, gave honest feedback, and when it looked like it might not be delivered in time from the supplier they personally (somehow!) made it happen! I looked and felt amazing on the day and so much of it is down to them :)

I booked an appointment online to view dresses for my wedding. My Daughter , mom & myself arrived and were greeted by Ann. I felt quite nervous as I didn't know what to do etc, Ann made me feel at ease, she listened to what Ideas I had and started to pick out dresses, the first dress she pulled out was gorgeous, I tried on many more but I'd found my yes dress with the first try on. Ann was sp helpful and I could tell she just knew her stuff. I highly recommend 2 have and 2 hold to all future brides. I've had a outstanding experience and will always recommend you. Bought my beautiful wedding dress from here for my wedding in Malta. I found it at the NEC wedding show and the service did not disappoint. Really amazing dress at a great price and great communication regarding sizing and pick up etc.
