We were a bit weary about buying a new build property after hearing various horror stories, but after almost a year in our flat we can safely vouch for the fantastic build quality of our home, and Thomas Homes as a company.We had 1 or 2 minor (ie paint work) snags initially which were dealt with within a week, and no issues at all since then.The finish of our flat is great, all the appliances came included and are a good spec (bosch, hoover), and the service throughout the process is amazing. Special mention needs to go to Emma and Jason, who are always on hand to help with any questions at all and are an asset to the company.Thank you for making our first home purchase so good!

At our first meeting with the sales team at Thomas Homes, we were impressed with the knowledge and expertise shown. They listened carefully to our needs and were able to show us how the designs of the various properties from Thomas Homes might fit our requirements. Once we had chosen our property it was clear that the build quality was good, with the fitted kitchen and bathrooms were finished to a high standard. Plastering and paintwork were excellent. The purchasing process was straight forward, our solicitor had no problem working with Thomas Homes and the house was completed on time. Once we had moved in, the customer services team took over and dealt with minor snagging quickly and efficiently. We are loving our home and if we had to move again, would seek out Thomas Homes again if we could.

Sales process was really easy and the team are really pleasant to deal with. I had a complicated chain and the team were patient and understanding; communication being key.The block is well developed and I have little to no snagging to raise.The post sales team could be a little more responsive, but overall I would I recommend Thomas Homes to any potential buyer.

Can’t express how happy I am with Thomas homes, I’ve dealt with other developers before, but Thomas homes are above and beyond. They are very easy to communicate with, are very helpful and sort out any issues very fast. Becky looked after us from the start to finish and Becky would even answer our questions late at night, she was very helpful.
