This invasion of privacy is deeply concerning and raises questions about the security measures in place.Plumbing issues, particularly low water pressure affecting my kitchen tap, are not only disrupting daily activities but also increasing utility costs. Coordination problems among your teams, like a maintenance visit for an issue already addressed, reflect a lack of communication.A scheduled snagging visit, for which I took unpaid leave, didn't materialize, and I seek clarification on compensation for the lost wages. The blame-shifting between Karbon Homes and 54 North Homes, coupled with disinterested representatives, is disappointing.Despite reporting these issues, there's been a lack of accountability and resolution. I urge prompt attention to these matters and expect a response within 7 working days outlining the steps you will take to address them. Failure to do so will force me to escalate the matter on various social media platforms and connect with Look North and Consumer Code for further action.Swift resolution is crucial for maintaining your companies' reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
