Bewary using this arcade. We were using the 2p push machine with the goal of getting one of the toys out with it being on the edge at the front. In between getting the change and returning to the machine. The staff were opening the machines and putting all the toys to the back of the machine. We complained to the manager who said it was standard practice to tidy the machine and disagreed with our comments of unfair practice.The nearby arcade owned by the same company has machines where the 2p doesnt slide down the shoot properly too. AVOID STAR AMUSEMENTS

Staff spend more time opening the machines and moving the prizes back in the 2p machines than anything else. Shocking!!!
