We have recently used Tom Cooper to sell our parents property & were pleased that Tom managed to secure a sale within a couple of days of it going to market. However, due to a few unforeseen circumstances, & our buyer putting back the completion date several times, although we had a quick sale, the whole process has taken longer than we’d have liked. However, this was totally out of Tom’s control & he has been extremely pro-active during the whole sale process, & chased up all concerned parties & companies, whenever required, until he got the answers. Tom made himself available at evenings and weekends throughout the process and he first responded to my message whilst on holiday…that’s dedication!!Tom is really knowledgeable and experienced and although there were often problems with other people involved in the process he always knew how to solve them and get things moving again.I’m really grateful to Tom for getting the sale through which previous estate agents hadn’t been able to do. From the first phone call to arrange a viewing on a different property it was clear that Tom offered a more personalised and bespoke service than any estate agents we had contacted (and trust me with the way the current property market is moving there has been a few). We saw the property on Toms Facebook page before it was listed and Tom emailed us the property details before they went on the market. We arranged a viewing which was on a Saturday. A lot of estate agents were unable to offer viewings to suit our work schedules. We made an offer and Tom contacted us the next day to confirm our offer had been accepted. The communication with Tom throughout the entire sale was amazing despite there being a few hiccups regarding mortgage valuation.
