Called in to ask about a replacement tube for my awning after I broke the valve.Heidi, the assistant could not be more helpful. She rang the makers twice to give me options. This took some time as the person she needed to get the information from was dealing with other phone calls.Heidi gave me the options of repair, or replace without pressure.Thank you Heidi.

This weekend, we visited Leisure World to peruse camper vans. Upon arrival, we parked outside the office, only to have staff place cones around our car, indicating we had parked incorrectly.During our 30-minute exploration of the vans, not a single sales representative approached us, despite my visible presence near the sales office. This was particularly disappointing as we were genuinely interested in discussing the various options available.It appears we are not alone in this experience; speaking to friends today they encountered a similar situation last year while searching for a caravan. Thus, I would recommend seeking advice and assistance elsewhere – it is truly irritating, disappointing and disrespectful!

A very good outlet for Caravans or Motorhomes. The shop has a very good selection of accessories.The after sales service could be a lot more customer dynamic considering the money spent!

We recently embarked on a journey from Leeds to just above York to visit a caravan dealership, having spotted a couple of caravans online that caught our eye.Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the slightly annoying quirk that all of the caravans were locked up, requiring us to seek out a sales representative to unlock them for us. This seemed like a rather outdated practice, as most decent caravan dealerships we had visited in the past had kept their caravans open for inspection.After a brief search, we located the two caravans that we were interested in taking a closer look at. One of them was unlocked, so we decided to go inside first. The interior of the caravan was spacious and well-appointed, and we were impressed with the quality.When we arrived at the second caravan, we noticed that a couple were already inside looking around. We politely waited outside until they had finished. Once they had left, we asked the sales representative to keep the caravan unlocked so that we could take a look.To our surprise, the sales representative replied, Sure

I purchased a Cadac Safari Chef 30 Compact from their online store, unfortunately it was faulty, I emailed customer support on Tuesday, Clara their e-commerce specialist, got back to me immediately & by Friday they shipped a replacement & collected the faulty one. It’s always good to discover the after sales service is as good as the purchasing experience. Well done Leisure World Direct & Clara!!

Was an OK visit but if I had someone interested in spending over 120k on a motorhome I think I would have shown a little more interest and been in a position to show how everything worked ie no electrics to demonstrate bed etc etcThere are plenty more dealers out there who I'm sure will take a little more interest

We were really impressed with a lady named Heidi and her colleagues. Her customer client skills were excellent. She went above and beyond to help us try locate a new air valve for our awning.Would definately recommend Leisure World York.

We popped in to buy new chairs and went back the next day to trade in old caravan ( only 3 years old) for new. Gary, who looked after us, was so knowledgeable, giving us the time and space to look around, more so as it was well after 5.30 when we first looked at them. We picked up the new caravan yesterday and couldn't fault anything about the handover, Gary made us feel like we were meeting up with a friend we hadn't seen in a while, his customer service was outstanding, ringing us the day before to make sure all ok with us, credit to the company, such a great guy who went above and beyond to help us. Would recommend this place.

We arranged to have our caravan serviced and the microwave replaced under warranty. Prior to taking the caravan in for the work the front near side LED stopped illuminating completely. On arrival I was advised the light would be checked and a warranty claim prepared.The original work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. I was told a warranty claim would be made for the LED.Within two weeks the claim had been accepted and a replacement LED had been posted out with a post-it note explaining how to connect the wires.This level of service is great.
