Brandon has been incredible throughout the entire process for me - from helping me search for properties to guiding me through each step of the buying process. His approachable, kind and professional attitude has been immaculate and he has been so willing to support and advise... no matter how silly the questions may be! I was informed of the whole process that was needed by the solicitors and Nicola at Connells completed our requirements immediately. We were unfortunate enough to buy our property through Connells Blaby. I cannot speak about all the staff at the branch but certainly the ones we dealt with had a terrible telephone manner, were very rude throughout, pushy, and towards the end we felt harassed and not very keen on answering the phone to them. They were pushy about us talking to their mortgage advisor in order to make offers etc which is against the law as far as I am aware. They were very unpleasant about our own estate agent, who we think had done an excellent job. Overall, very unimpressed.

Connells Estate Agents Blaby are just brilliant I viewed 3 different bungalows they always arrived on time were very knowledgeable about the local area and were able to find out, promptly the answer to any questions I think they basically get the job done with enthusiasm and a professional attitude all round.

I've just bought a house through Connells' Blaby office and I can thoroughly recommend them. From the initial enquiry through to picking up the keys Nicola and her team could not have been more helpful and very professional. Whether it was arranging a second longer viewing of the property (and putting up with my detailed questions) to keeping me up to date with the progress of the purchase, nothing was too much trouble. They clearly worked hard for the seller but also did everything they could for me as the potential purchaser to ensure that the sale was completed.

Really helpful in getting updates and expediting the chain. This is our second time using them and they clearly know what they are doing. All the staff are very friendly, Nicola went above and beyond to make sure the sales went through, she clearly has good experience and knows what she's doing. We went with Connells as we felt confident with them and they already had people on their books who they knew would be interested in buying our property and it sold very quickly because of this.
