Awful company to do business with. Ordered a small bungy for my VW, did not arrive for weeks so sent 3 messages to cancel as I got one next day elsewhere. No response from them then they sent it anyway! Tried to call and got an answer phone message saying due to our auditable process we are not accepting calls! Guess what you email and nothing…. No returns info or ability to do a return on line. Am sending it back to them and will see if I get a refund…
