Had my Hair cut with Charlotte today. So pleased with the service I received and was especially pleased with my haircut. She took the time to listen to me and executed my wishes brilliantly.Charlotte recommended a product for my hair after I asked for her advice. She informed me the company they use believe in natural ingredients and they even offer a refill service at a discounted cost.The salon was quite busy with a calm friendly atmosphere.In short, you nailed it Charlotte. SK is a really nice salon, I really like the decor inside. I have gone a few times, last few times I've had Kate and she has been really good. Friendly and cuts hair exactly how I ask. They also have massage chairs while washing hair and those are a very nice touch! Didn't want to get off haha

My first visit to this salon today, my first professional hairdresser appointment in over 20 years! The staff were friendly and welcoming, beautiful salon decor and spotlessly clean. Charlotte did my new hair design, listened to what I wanted and did a fab job. I'm really happy with the whole experience and it may just have changed my mind about using a salon regularly. Had a lovely day after leaving with strangers actually stopping me to say how shiny my hair was!

Very pleasant staff. Polite and courteous. I was greeted with smiles and asked if I would like to hang my jacket up. Upon finding my stylist I was asked if I would like a coffee. I have to say, what a lovely coffee!Parking was not a problem, as the large car park that services the retail park is literally across the road.The price for the cut was very fair, and the woman who cut it refused a tip. The interior was modern, without being cold and the general atmosphere was jovial, but not manic. I will definitely be visiting again, and soon as my hair does grow fast. Thank you Scarlet Knight Hairdressing.On a side note, both my partner and my mother have their hair attended to at this establishment, and although my mother had her first visit there as a present from me and my partner, she will also be going again.

Charlotte and the girls did hair and make up for my wedding over the weekend at Canada lodge and it was absolutely amazing. They weren't phased at all by doing 5 people with wildly different hair and skin types and made us all look uniform and in sync. The make up lasted all day and looked incredible even after dancing for 4 hours. They were so helpful during the run up to our wedding and took 1 glance at my reference photos and totally nailed the look we were going for. I can't recommend them highly enough for making us feel happy and at ease, calming the butterflies and making us feel so beautiful for the big day.love you ladies!

Been using this salon for a few years. Today my hair was cut by Lydia. What a lovely lady & a lovely cut she has done for me too. Very friendly, made me feel relaxed & would definitely recommend. A friendly and relaxed salon all round.
