Staff always polite and helpful. The queues can sometimes be very long, as everyone seems to go at the same time! Today was dangerously busy at 10 am, so will personally wait until late afternoon.

Well organised, helpful staff. Good social distancing. But long queues at the moment around the industrial estate. The queue camera doesn't show much of the queue, however the website queue estimation was longer than the real queue. Google maps navigation shows roughly the distance of the queue but not accurate timing of queue. If you haven't been here before: the garden waste is near the entrance and you can avoid part of the queues for the parking spaces inside if you just bring garden waste

Helpful staff but this is not a user friendly dump,it needs to be totally redesigned so that anyone can use it,at the moment only fit able bodied people can carry the stuff they want to dump up the steep stairs and then lift it another metre over the top of the container.Most dumps have containers where you can drive you car for level unloading,in this day of equal opportunity for all this dump fails , shame just been closed for a week for development!

Waited in queue for over an hour... I was first in queue... they just closed entrance as I approached.. no communication whatsoever than a poorly positioned small sign saying we will be reopening soon. I understand that there is a high demand... I do understand that I have to queue on occasions... and I do not object to that. But like many working parents, Sunday time is very important and if given an indication of how long the expected wait would have been I would have rethought my plans. Really disappointed my afternoon spent in car loaded with rubbish and with 5 children at home with dad waiting for me.

Potters Bar Recycling Centre
Easy to find on sat nav, plenty of street signs.Lots of skips but also lots of steps up and down next to each skip, which is not very good for disabled people.The waste site i usually go to has the skips on a lower level than the road so you can just take rubbish from your car and just throw it into a skip.Staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out the correct skips.
