Spoke to one of the chaps who gave us a great price on some materials and took the time to call me a few days after to advise the delivery maybe a day or so over, was that a problem, which wasn't at all for us and in fact the order arrived only one day over. If all businesses were run like this, we would all be very happy people. WHATEVER YOU SEE IN THESE REVIEWS, A BUSINESS IS ONLY AS GOOD AS IT'S STAFF.

I had some decking boards delivered during a downpour. The delivery guy helped me carry the boards into the garden. He was great. Unfortunately when I fitted the decking I found that I was two short. I decided to collect these in my car. Again the heavens opened! Thunderstorm this time. Despite this the guy in the Sales Office and the fellow who helped me negotiate getting the boards into my car where both absolutely brilliant. They went out of their way to deal with this tiny order as if I was their most important customer. We even found a way to bring the boards home without having to have the sunroof open!If this is the standard of customer service then hats off to you. Brilliant.

I cannot rate the service provided by this Company too highly for the considerate and helpful service provided by them. I couldn't have asked for more. This in addition to stocking the particular style of fencing we wanted and despite an extensive search, had been unable to find anywhere else.This ranged from the helpful options offered after ordering on line, and the ease with which these were implemented, to the very helpful driver. He telephoned half an hour before delivery, to advise his ETA. followed instuctions to deliver to the rear(on a different road, with no address) and was very friendly, incredibly helpful and patient when putting the goods exactly where we wanted.

I went in a few weeks ago and paid a deposit for a shed. The man that served me was very pleasant. I went in a week later to pay the rest of the amount. This time the man that served me wasn't as pleasant. Arranged delivery and instillation today, one month after full payment. I've waited in all day and no delivery. Annoyed, doesn't come close, there were lots of things I could have done today.Upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars. I was contacted by Lanlee and given an apology. Deli ery and installation offered the following , I opted for the weekend. Very pleased with the shed.

What a refreshing change to find a company with such helpful staff.Myself and a friend called today referring to bottled gas.Two of the staff went out of their way to give great advice and ended up with making two sales.I CERTAINLY RECOMMEND... and will definitely be back.!10/10.
