I would give them a zero star if I could. It advertises as a 24 hour shop yet they refused to serve me to just get an Amazon package at 7:45am because they had deliveries to attend to" and wanted me to come back later! I came all the way for nothing and will not use them again! Not only did they refuse

I experienced difficulties collecting my parcel from this amazon collection point. The staff in the shop stated they do not have a contract with Amazon, but acknowledged the Amazon parcels had been dropped off on the day in question and I could collect mine for £3.Luckily I was already talking to Amazon customer service via the online chat and the lady on the other end told me not to pay £3 and call the police if the parcel was not handed over.When I informed the staff in the shop I would call the police, one of them bickered with me about releasing my parcel when they had no way to scan it out. I found this quite hypocritical, given he had previously been willing to do so for £3. After reiterating my intention to call the police another member of staff eventually allowed me to sign a hand written note to acknowledge receipt of my parcel.It seems strange the staff in this shop aren’t refusing to take delivery of parcels if they haven’t got a contract with Amazon. Instead they are allowing couriers to drop Amazon parcels off and subsequently trying to charge £3 to customers who have already paid for delivery.I have informed Amazon and hopefully they will remove the option for collecting parcels at this location. Whatever is going on here isn’t playing out well for Amazon’s customers, as can be seen from other people’s comments on Google. In the meantime, I would advise Amazon customers to use an alternative pick up point.

Went to pick up a parcel, the guy shut the door in my face, he saw me and he said to me 5 mins, so ended up waiting 5 mins. Literally shut the door in my face!

Bought a bottle of water and it was over 3 years out of date!! 2019 and it’s 2022.
