Elle is lovely! She’s done a really good job with my Rouges. Dog was very happy to go in, and very happy coming out!Got good feedback, and Rouge will be going every 4 weeks! Would recommend, she cares for every dog she gets, and treats them as her own. Thankyou!!

I booked in for my puppy to be groomed on the 14/6/23 an hr before he was due to go I got a message saying the shower was broke and could she rearrange his appointment which I replied and said yes that’s fine. Later that day I hadn’t heard back so I messaged again on Instagram to ask how long would it be before he could be done? I had no reply! It got to Saturday(17/6/23)and decided to text via her phone number which she did reply and said sorry she could do Monday at 2 which was brilliant. I turned up at the shop at 1355 and the shutters where down, I rang her 7 times while outside and left a voicemail as her phone was switched off! I then waited a further 10 mins and nothing I then texted her to say I was outside waiting with the puppy and she didn’t reply back and I’m still waiting! Not a very good way to run a business as a young girl starting out! I can’t believe you would arrange an appointment then not show up especially when your so on it with charging people late fees for picking up and you couldn’t even be bothered to text or ring to apologise! I gave you the benefit of the doubt when the shower broke and then you didn’t get back in touch but to rearrange and then not show up at the shop is a disgrace and you obviously don’t need the business!

I would never go any where else!
