Went in to get a couple of links taken out of my watch and some dry cleaning. Great company and fantastic customer service from Robbie. Thanks and this will be my new go-to dry cleaner/cobbler.

These boys are absolutely useless, they seem like everything is a hassle to them and they don't want work. Called in 3 times last week to get a key fixed, each time they said the part they needed was getting delivered that day. Took it back in this morning and they said there's nothing they can do, they'd have to order in the part! Total creatures!

Broke my key in the door, got the piece in the door out and was recommended here, really lovely younger guy had a key sorted in seconds of the two bits i had, told me not to pay until ive tried it. It worked. Brilliant. Fast and friendly service. No doubt ill be using again as im bad with key's! Thankyou so much for making a stressful day a better one.

Went in a few months to ask about a part for my watch to repair the strap as it broke and it has sentimental value to me. The guy told me to come back after my shopping and when I did, they supplied me with 3 fittings so I could see which one would be sufficient. Asked how much I owed them and he said Nothing

Cut the wrong key (3 copies) I’m 100% sure I handed them the right key. The manager TOLD me that there was no possibility that a mistake had been made and could cut the right key for £16 instead of the original £12. Surprise, I declined.The manager doesn’t seem to get customer service. Go to The Key Centre, where they do.

Got my phone screen fixed here about 6 months ago after getting it done elsewhere and it broke again. The service here is top quality, screen is still like new. I got my fiancée’s screen done also it was that good. It is on the same level as apple at half the price.
