Costa Coffee Drive Thru
Dallas served me the other day was so very rude. Rolled his eyes at me, got quite bolshy with me and was not patient at all. I’m not sure what his problem is but he definitely should not be in a customer facing role if he behaves like that. Everyone else at this shop is lovely so it’s a shame.

The guy on the drive through was rude and obnoxious. Clearly lacked any customer service skills and would make me think twice about returning. Worst experience I’ve had at costa , no wonder there was no other customers there.

The best Costa i have ever been too!. I often come into this store and am always greeted, served with a smile and a quick conversation.I live by myself so don't get to see many faces so it always makes my day when i come into this store for a coffee and slice of cake.Very much always made to feel welcome. it is a very clean store, toilets always immaculate, staff always working really hard.The staff always provide excellent recommendations when i fancy something new.This store is an absolute credit to the costa franchise. Keep up the good work.

I’m a regular visitor to this branch of Costa and there is always a great welcome from the staff and the restaurant is always clean and pleasant. It’s great to have such a nice place to come with good facilities and staff outside of the main city of Southampton- strongly recommended.

14.13 on 4th December. Walked in, 2 team members with feet on the seats chatting with the (area manager?) In customer seating area.3 ladies together in the que in front of us and we waited but they kept coming back and forth out of the que.Witnessed a male team member get a cake in the bag, drop it in the bag and the proceed to pick it up and walk through to give to the drive thru customer.Will be writing to the head office.

DALLAS the BOY on the drive thru mic has been extremely rude sarcastic and condescending on two occasions I have felt like I am annoying him placing an order???!!! I do not wish to spend my money in an establishment to be met with a serious attitude problem! disgraceful customer service. Please DALLAS if you cannot handle warming up a toastie then move!

It’s a decent enough drive thru, with the full costa service available. The only downside is that there is little to no atmosphere in the place, it feels almost sterile at times. The coffee is the usual stuff, serviceable but not great
