Ilkley Car Wash
I have taken my car today to wash inside and out, and when checking my car I found some marks made with some device, I went back to ask why my car had those scratches in the back of my car, they told me that they do not They did, I asked for a claim sheet and they told me that they do not have those sheets, they were supposed to have them, they told me that I was lying, that they washed Ferraris and nothing happened and that my car was very cheap for me to make that kind of claim, the deal was fatal, does anyone know how I should refer this complaint? in the end they damage your car and wash your hands saying that you are the culprit! what a sad situation !!

Pretty quick service, with the exception of a few missed bits mostly flys on front and a bit of the roof the car was clean. Guys were friendly.

I always wash my car myself with a 2 bucket method but because of the bad weather we've had last couple of months I decided to use this car wash twice. I can't belive the amount of swirl marks all around the car that were caused by those 2 washes.

Decent price and they always do a good job. Go early or on a weekday as it gets very busy on the weekends.

Took my car here on Saturday 23rd September, very disappointing, it used to be so good and you left with a gleaming car, on this occasion Stevie Wonder could have done a better job, I drove it straight to the hand car wash at the bottom of Hollins Hill in Shipley, the difference was night and day, Ilkley car wash really do need to up their game.

Poor services all round, turn over of cars was too high and they are more concerned with quantity than quality even though they had enough staff to do this. Wheels were still filthy, car not wiped down thoroughly and tyres not blacked. Would not use again.
