PPC Aggregates

Ordered gray gravel 1 ton bag, first of about 5 or 6 bags I need in the near future from PPC Should have had it delivered Tuesday 25th May, still waiting, had numerous excuses but still waiting, I have taken 3 days off to sign for it, so £99 pounds worth of gravel has cost £240 for unpaid leave waiting for it. I have tried calling them but they keep rejecting my calls, I will never us them again, I'll get the rest from someone who keeps to the delivery. Can't recommend, will not recomend. I have sent them an invoice for waiting time, and will issue a court order to get the money.

Delivery was on time but driver refused to drop the sand delivery at the back of house,saying he did not receive any notes from ppcaggregates,which I left note to when bought,which leaves me to carry it all from front to back with wheelbarrow.Really unprofessional.

There was delay in delivery for one week as they showed on invoice that it will take only 48 hours for delivery. But Mr Will helped us and they did responded over phone and got our delivery charge back which covered our other manpower expenses. Thank you Mr Will for refunding the delivery charge.
