At last, someone who knows what he's doing!After several years of trying one heating engineer after another, we've found one worthy of the title. Thank you John for your expertise today, and your obvious integrity -- so sadly missing these days wherever you look.After calling four companies and individuals today, NONE of whom called back, it was a treat to speak to the lady on the phone who said she'd do her best to help us (our LPG boiler had broken down -- on a Friday afternoon, of course). She called back, and you found time to fit us in.We can recommend you for many reasons -- but mostly it was your knowledge that impressed, so different to certain 'professionals' we've recently paid for criticising our boiler without properly fixing it.
