Very efficient staff service we have visited both the Hagley and Bromsgrove branches. The Bromsgrove practice was so beautifully clean, calm and easy to check in. The staff on the desk were so helpful, welcoming and smiley. We were called into the room and the vet was one of the loveliest people I've ever met. Thank you once again for dealing with us and our dog in such a wonderful manner and in a great setting.

Amazing communication. I had to have my cat put down and they were wonderful. Constant contact, amazing after care. They were so compassionate. Could not recommend enough. They made such a painful experience bearable.

Friendly staff (to humans and animals!) and other pet owners too. Easy to book appointments and good customer service. Car park for vets is small but not had trouble getting a space before and there is nearby public parking. They have pet plans available as well as products for purchase including toys and food. Not had a bad experience with these vets!

Receptionist always pleasant and helpful and we always recieve good vetinary care for our 2 dogs and good advice also my Westie was recommended to attend the weight clinic which is all free which is a great bonus

I’ve been with this practice for over 20 years and up until recently I would have given a 5 star review, I’ve even entered them in the best vet awards. However, I can’t get a same day appointment unless I ring at 8am, which is difficult with my fibro fog and other Autoimmune conditions, as I can’t get my head around anything until my tablets have kicked in. I explained this and was told there was nothing they could do! The best they can do is give me an appointment in a weeks time! This is no longer a service I’m happy with, however I’m stuck with them because my insurance pays them direct and my boy has an ongoing issue!If you want the best service for your pet go elsewhere, I only wish I could! I will with our next pet!

Have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Excellent customer service, have dealt with emergencies in a quick and effective manner, and sadly when we have had to say goodbye to our furry family members, they have always been so kind and full of compassion. Would highly recommend.

I’ve visited this vets 4 times now and won’t be going back.On the the first visit we were charged well over the odds for possibly the shortest health check I’ve ever seen.Second when visiting with an issue the vet prescribed steroids which knocked our puppy off her feet and was reluctant to actually give a diagnosis, they were also not upfront about the follow up visit costs and we only found out they planned on charging a further £150+ on the next visit because we called out of curiosity beforehand.Thirdly, tried to book our dog in to be spayed and nobody asked the relevant info before the booking. This resulted in me spending an hour in the practice before being told she was too close to her next heat to perform the procedure. I understand and appreciate this is for her safety but surely this should be communicated beforehand to make sure the correct dates are booked.Finally today, it’s clear communication isn’t their strong point as we booked a checkup and was left sitting in the waiting room for 40 mins before we had to leave. It’s also worth noting the visit was due to an issue which wouldn’t have occurred if the correct dates were booked to be spayed originally.Really disappointing as given the price bracket and overall image the vets puts out you would think they pride themselves on a quality service and experience but it seems this is a rare instance in which you don’t get what you pay for.

I had to visit here recently with our OAP Beagle we aren’t registered, and certainly are not local as we live Scotland. Rosie became very unwell very quickly with a number of problems and previous underlying health issues. It had to be an emergency appointment but we were met with friendliness kindness and care. All the staff we met made us feel that no matter what, Rosie’s care and well being were the only thing that mattered.If you live in the area you are very very fortunate to have such a high level of Vetinary expertise and staff who really care about the animals they treat.Thank you for your help and care.

Check your bills thoroughIncluding the weight of your dog and how much medication it can have within a 24hour period, they blame change over staff for double booking! I’m not the only one this has happened too that I know of. I just feel sorry for the elderly who won’t check their bills.

Staff are incredible: calm and caring under pressure. Very professional. They were quick to act when a late night emergency was brought to them. (And it was easy to contact them in an emergency situation using their automated call service: I spoke to a member of staff within seconds of calling). The team were sensitive to my needs whilst taking superb care of the patient.Facilities are clean, modern and well maintained. The ‘emergency room’ was well stocked and ready for action on our arrival.Highly recommended. Thankyou so much.
