Absolutely shocking 4 months and I’m still waiting for my partners passport renewal.No one replies to emails, no one answers the phone. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. These people need re training or sacking there is no reason why this should take 4 months and there’s no excuse to not responding or answering the phone.

The process for passport application was smooth and direct. Especially when you have all documents requested. The staffs are also friendly and smiling.

Horrible experience. I applied for my daughter's birth certificate, it is now 6 months down the line. No picking of phone calls nor responding to emails. I guess they do not understand why Kenya has High commission over here.

I feel disappointed with kenyan immigration. I applied my passport to change the particulars. They stated it cantake 4 to 6 weeks. I am in dilemma because my application of indefinite to remain is on hold until I get my passport. I am been requesting for old passport because it’s still valid to allow the process to carry on. Have written loads of emails . My solicitor too and my husband but no communication at all.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped my wife to edit and finalise her e-citizen passport application (which is not the most user friendly platform, although it is very efficient when you can get it working properly) while we were in the high commission.

I am British and happily married to a Kenyan and we have a 18 year old daughter. At present I am in the UK and my Kenyan family are in Kenya. I have tried several times to get through to the Kenyan High Commission by telephone to no avail, I have even sent in emails which I have not even had any responses from them. I need advice from them.

What a nightmare. Believe the bad reviews, they tell the truth about this dysfunctional place. They've lost my paperwork, keep going in circles with what they need from me. They are very rude and unhelpful. They represent Kenya in the worst way possible. Such a shame that even in the UK , the service is more like they're in some remote bush.

For now I can give them 2 stars as getting them on phone has been a nightmare always. It feels as if one is calling them in Kenya where you dont get staff on the phone. Working and living in the Uk hasnt actually brought them up to standard. They need to work in other UK firms then get training before going to work for the kenyan embassy.
