Always find the store a bit unfriendly. You want to see staff smiling or even saying hello. This never happens.Product's are great. Can get everything from plant's to kitchens.

Didn't have toilet seat fittings, expect you to buy a whole new seat and throw the other in landfill. Shutter door been broken for about 4 months, meaning that if you are parked in the parent and child spaces you have to walk with your toddlers on the road as access from that side is unavailable.

Great range of products, reasonably priced and the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable. My only bug bear are the self scan tills, and how the staff hover about you like you are going to steal things, if theft is an issue put the till back on.

As far as B&Q stores go, this one is a bit of a dump. No cafe and no toilets which are usually the norm in other B&Q stores. Not much practical stock. Anything I want is delivery only. Most things are over priced for some reason. B&Q sister stores - Screwfix - usually have the same items at a much cheaper price. Can't help feeling I am being ripped off by B&Q.
