Hardly ever open when you go there, never polite, always talking to someone on the phone when they are serving you and never a friendly welcome. Their customer service is shocking!!

Pretty sure I've been overcharged for postage on numerous occasions. When I've posted something with the lady with the short hair it's always cheaper than the old man with the hat. He is also very slow and can be rude. My barcode couldn't scan and he just handed it back saying nothing, expecting me to just leave. You will always be made to feel like an inconvenience to him. She is great though.

Very poor quality of service, the owner of the store and his employee do not fully understand what the post office is all about. They have no basic knowledge of Signature and Tracking Shipping. The only thing they can do is accept and deliver packages and letters. I recommend as it is possible to use other plans with English or European service.

its the worst costumers service i ever seen. I bought postage on ebay and he didnt want to take care abaut becouse i didnt give him make money" " ... he took packadges and dump them in a bag without puting thru system becouse he didnt care what happend with them. i took them back and went to different post office. never again!!!!!"

Charged me for a small box when trying to send a large letter which it around £2/3 extra and then Snatched the cash out of my hand and dropped the box which clearly said FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE right in front of me and my partner

Everytime I go here to get electric they shut the post office at least an hour early. Even went at 6pm once and they closed.

What i feel more comfortable is they are open till 8.30pm nd the staffs are very friendly.......Excellent service.....loved it...❤️❤️

They were so sweet and couldn’t have done anymore to help. The people working at the actually post office point were so co-operative and so much so they held the postman just so we would catch the post. Couldn’t have had any better service
