Ken Jones

Anyone who is contemplating having work done by Mr Ken Jones of Kingsteignton Devon especially if it involves PLUMBING should THINK AGAIN.We had an E-suite fitted a couple of months ago and about 2 weeks later we had water gushing through the light fitting in the lounge onto our new carpet,water was coming down 2 of the walls in the lounge and 1 wall in the dining room.We rang Mr Jones who stated he had had a drink and would be with us the following morning.We called an emergency plumber who turned out straight away.He had to take up floor boards in the master bedroom and also in the guest bedroom to locate the fault.The fault was a 3 way push on water connector which had a part missing which should have been noticed by Mr Jones when fitted.On Mr Jones own admission he is NOT a qualified plumber.

Ken Jones built us a fantastic extension at a very reasonable price and five years on we have had no problems.I would have given 5 stars but the only criticism would have to be that the rendering could have been better.
