Helpful member of staff but no sales due to nil choices for smaller female sizes.

A great shop. Always been able to get everything I need for my two and their scout needs. Just a heads up as well if you're kids go to a scout club you should get a discount as well. The staff are lovely and always happy to help including with suggestions for events.

Went in to buy a pair of walking boots having destroyed my last pair. Had what I can only describe as a fantastic experience from the time I entered to the time I left. Covid safety measures were fantastic and the member of staff that helped me was incredibly helpful, patient and nothing short of wonderful. I forget her name unfortunately, I think it was Rose.10/10 Would recommend.

Closing down, and seems like it too. Very tired shop.

Even 60% sale was not cheap

All items I brought here for camping were very good condition, although the boots I bought started to break immediately, I took them back and the staff were more than helpful to get a replacement pair which haven't failed me yet. The staff are very friendly, and the manager Rosie is ever so kind, I often return just for a friendly chat when I'm around.

I have to be really honest but after shopping online for a really really long time I almost choked when I saw the prices inside the store claiming they were 60% off and it’s this big closing down sale. I swiftly did abu-turn out of the door and spent my money more wisely in TK max which is round the corner. I understand for special outdoor wear or footwear you pay a premium but basic t-shirts for over £40, it’s crazy pricing. Retail is destroying its self with these silly prices and one basic fact, you are open when working people are at work and closed when we get out of work. On the odd occasion we make it in you have fake sales with over priced items. We can check online and compare with every competitor. Just a thought.
