My family and I visited for tea. The issues started right away.The machine to take your order crashed, then later it decided it didn't want to give us a receipt.Our order was called but took 20 mins and parts was missing from straws, the kids ice cream. But then noticed a member of staff wiping her face then handing someones chips.The portions of chips were pitiful and must of contained 8 chips.The floors was filthy and no tables or bins were cleared. The toilets stank and needed cleaning also. Will not be returning.

The server was absolutely brilliant, he was patient with me and helped with the menu, as it is different to Australia’s menu. The person who bagged the food needs to be retrained. Got home and it was just chucked in. Hardly had any gravy left in the container. Wouldn’t recommend going to this one. Especially when it is kids packing your food as they don’t a dam about it

Staff abit inexperienced and tables were dirty altho being cleaned by the girl that served us at till & as we left same girl was emptying bins, it seemed like she may of been new? Or just given all the jobs even tho they were fully staffed

Lovely fresh chips and the krushems are to die for. Lovely young man named Dylan served me. He was so patient and understanding. Would definitely come back

It's Thursday on 20:51 and the employees stay inside with the door closed.On the door it is written open until 23:00.I am here since 10 minutes already and at least 20 people came to the door only to be rejected by the employees with hand signs!The manager should consider very seriously that if they would like to make money they need people willing to work not this pathetic bored employees.

Avoid. I love KFC - but this place, how has YUM brands not come down and actually train their staff to follow company guidelines on how to not undercook chicken? or make sure that orders are correct when given to the customer?

It seems no one in the UK receives proper training on how to do a job. Not once have I purchased food here and it's been made the same way twice. Sometimes the mini fillets are just thrown together and dropped in a bag that is too small and ends up tearing before I reach the car. I order the mini fillets the same way every time, but half the time they are wrong. The rolls the mini fillets come with are STALE half the time... Just imagine eating half your chicken burger, only to realize it's not cooked properly. Yes, pink meat in the middle, that's not hot at all.
