Good range of clothes and food, well organised layout. Staff were pleasantly patient as our daughter tantrumed and ran off down the aisles before we scooped her up and dragged her out...eugh

Love having an M&S, but all the mirrors in the ladies changing rooms are on the ‘wrong’ walls, meaning you can’t get more than about a foot away from them because of how narrow the cubicles are, so you just can’t look at yourself properly! There isn’t a mirror out in the main part of the changing rooms either so to see yourself properly you’d need to actually venture out into the store and find a mirror. Please put them in the walls opposite the cubicle doors!

Visited this marks and spencers on my hen do, dressed as a sausage! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming even though I looked very silly. Thank you thank you thank you for being so generous and giving such great service!

Well laid out store and had a good selection of items. Staff seemed very busy, but still helped out when asked for help. Great selection of fresh food and bakery items. Upstairs, the clothes section was good and easy to navigate. I think more tills are needed especially in busy times when the Christmas market is on as the queue was pretty long.

Everything is crammed into a shop that's too small for purpose. It's like shop in someone over crowded wardrobe (mine in fact ) The cafe is like the 7.45 am buffet carriage to Paddington. There's only one toilet + one disabled one. There's a longer queue for these than at Wembley Stadium. Feel sorry for the staff.

Aside from the great food selection, we accidentally left a recently purchased expensive item in the store - only realised after we had arrived home. Not very hopeful I rang the store and was connected to the manager Lee. I explained our problem and he went to investigate, came back to say nothing found but would call if it was found later. Received a call later that evening from Lee saying the bag had been found and he had left it in lost property for us to collect! Honestly didn’t expect to be reunited with our purchase, huge thanks to Lee for offering first class customer service!

One of the few large Marks and Sparks left standing!! Can always rely on them for a comfy essential bra. Love the food selection here especially their cookies !!

Appalling café staff, abusive towards partner and 2 year old child. Laughing along with a customer being horrible calling her names. She is 2. Disgusting. Left drinks on public sideboard, beyond job description to bring it to the table apparently.
