Dee is extremely professional, talented and provides a top quality service.I had a mix of powder and ombre brows. Dee started by asking me what I'd like and then discussed what's realistic based on skin tone, type and texture, including undertones for colour matching. I have very oily skin and Dee was upfront about the challenges that could present in my first appointment.The process then started with numbing cream, followed by Dee mapping the shape for me to approve, before the pigment is applied in layers.I have had my touch up appointment (as is standard) and I am so pleased with the results. My eyebrows are more defined but still look very natural.

Was sick of using brow powder every day, sick of having patchy eyebrows. Wow! What an amazing experience. Dewi gave me the massage of my life! Make no mistake, the deep tissue massage hurts but you know it's doing you good. The hot stone massage and hot oil part was so relaxing and Dewi was so lovely and professional. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend to everyone!

Wonderful oasis of calm. Loved my deep tissue massage ( it hurt a bit sometimes) and feel so much better...all pain and tension has gone from my upper back, neck and shoulders. Fab place! Love it ❤

My eyebrows were none existent,age & the menopause left them looking very sparce.I was apprehensive about having microblading but thought I'd give it a go.My goodness what a difference it has made.Dee was very professional and her attention to detail is impeccable.If like me your a bit nervous about having them done,I would certainly recommend Dee at the Bali Room.

I just had a consultation today for microblading, I was given really good suggestions. I felt very comfortable and at ease. The lady definitely knew what she was doing, she is a very honest and genuine lady. I would definitely recommend her.

Dee is not only very professional but very kind. She won’t let you leave her studio unless you’re looking perfect. She is very knowledgeable, I really am grateful for everything she has done for me.
