I’m horrified at the awful reviews!! Are the reviewers just plain awkward? I am absolutely delighted with the support and attention I have had. I have been called to say that I took out an unnecessary insurance and have had a whole years payment repaid! I spoke to a very helpful lady who resolved all my problems - the whole thing sorted in a matter of minutes. Brilliant!

been with them for years had to make a claim they paid way less than i was insured for and just made excuses..avoid at all cost!

As a loyal customer of 6 years I'm beyond angry at the way I get offered a higher renewal premium compared to new customers. This year at renewal time the rep on the phone was so condescending about the quotes I was offered I decided I'd finally had enough.It feels good to be free of your scummy business. Start looking after your loyal customers!
