Sanctuary Housing

Not very professional on phone just ringing up regarding a simple enquiry and all I got was a can't be botherd attitude.

Disgusting Corrupt Business and I have suffered numerous legal fines by the housing association over missed gas check appointments and housing benefit issues when first moving in. I have been taken to court twice and i have won against them. Please spread the word. They target individuals with mental health and entrap them with contracts and agreements and if you do not agree to pay their service charges the extortion begins and you will find yourself in a similar position.

We have been a sanctuary tenant comeing upto 2 years unfortunately and we have been let down and frustrated by the lack of customer service been nothing but a nightmare with repairs, lack communication/messed around and how we get treated and spoken to and they seem disinterested when it comes to the neighbours been a pain. All they care about is there pay packet or rent off there tenants !

Sanctuary Housing is part of Housing Association which manages more than 12,000 properties available to rent or buy. Sometimes good sometimes not so also not as once shown in the middel of the road but at No6 Killingbeck drive
