No opening hours in window but said online shop was open. Man inside ignored me when I tried the door.. lights were on and he was doing something with the till. I Came back 10 minutes later and tried and he ignored me again. Very rude. Took my money elsewhere!

Possibly one of the rudest women I have ever met in my life works here. I took a dress back and she basically shamed me for not knowing I could only exchange it for another item of the same brand, even though this wasn’t mentioned when I returned it. “I thought that was obvious? Are you stupid?”Loudly voiced this in-front of a shop full of customers. Even the blond lady who was on the till with her removed herself away as she was so embarrassed by her. Honestly the rudest, most arrogant person ever. Puts the charity in a bad light. Shop elsewhere. Just to avoid her. Short haired lady with glasses. Shouldn’t work there sorry.

I walked in this shop as two women and their children left, shop assistant, (female short black/ grey hair glasses) started talking about her to the other shop assistant saying they are rude and let their kids just walk around the shop. She told one of the children to go to their mum and that the child spoke perfectly good English. When I made a purchase, the fair haired female assistant served me but the lady in question asked, “DO…YOU…NEED…A…BAG…” to which I replied, yes please. She was shocked at my reply and said, “Sorry, I thought you were foreign.” I was absolutely appalled by this response. I was so shocked I took my purchase and left. Still reeling as I write this.

The most rudest people in the shop. I was buying a lot of things and the lady was coming after me like I’m a thief. I felt so bad cuz never happened to me. She was so rude and started shouting that is her job and things like that. The most rude thing was when I payed and was ready to go out she came and told me < don’t ever come back >. Hey guys how it’s that possible in a charity shop you spend 200£ and they don’t appreciate it but disrespect you. She must go from there the blonde lady
