Great customer service again from Phillip - Recently had an old Browning serviced - good honest advice and very reasonable pricing on both the service , cartridges and accessories. Always takes the time to explain what needs doing. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the shop - No pushy sales and a good selection of gear you feel comfortable browsing.This in my opinion is the place to go for shooters new and experienced in Norfolk.

Dropped in to collect some cartridges. As a relatively new shooter I was very grateful for Philip’s help in picking out some appropriate rounds and left very happy. The other members of staff were very helpful too and the whole place had a welcoming atmosphere.

Phillip and his team were nothing short of amazing assisting me when my father passed away. He had a large gun collection and Phillip was very helpful and assisted us to store the guns with him until they were collected for auction. The fee for this was reasonable and there was no pressure on time frames. He also was very helpful and shared his knowledge of guns with me to help pass these on as I do not have a gun license myself. Couldn’t recommend enough and appreciate all the help!

Every time I have something done to my Shotgun or purchase cartridges the service I receive from Philip and his staff is always sublime,Philips skills are second to none, he made me a butt plate for my Browning 525 from Buffalo Horn, absolutely spot on with what I needed,If you’re looking for a great experience at a Gunsmiths I couldn’t recommend Philip Webster any higher to be honest.

I visited the store shortly after applying for my certificate a couple of months ago. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and didnt mind me asking a tonne of questions.I revisited today to purchase a cleaning kit, although they were busy they still made sure I had everything I needed with no added pressure on sales.I will certainly be returning to have my shotgun serviced

Location is a little out there, but they have quite a lot of stock crammed in a relatively small area, so you'll probably be able to find what you're looking for.Very helpful staff who go out of their way to assist in whatever way they can.

After visiting Philip Webster for the first time at the weekend I’m still blown away by the service and I wouldn’t even call it service. I’d never met Phil and I’m new to shooting but after spending time there felt like I had know him for years, if everywhere you went provided the level of care, spent the time he did and made you feel so welcomed I would be skint. I made my first gun purchase and honestly I don’t think I could go anywhere else after that. It’s made me excited to continue my shooting journey and I already can’t wait to head back in the future.
